AWP-60 Aerosol Can Actuator Placer

Our compact combined machine is ideal for keeping line length to a minimum. The machine is effectively a complete actuator placer and a separate cap placer mounted about a single transport starwheel. Each part of the machine has a single point height adjustment. Can be tooled to run the widest range of actuators and caps.

AWP-100 Automatic Actuator Placer is equipped with 108L hopper, vibration sorter, 6 rotating working station. Control system adopts Siemens core, achieve that machine shut down when no actuators or no cans or cans full.

ABD Automatic Ball Dropper is a stepping main machine which used for dropping glass ball into cans. A hopper on top of machine for storage the balls. Through the cylinder movement, the glass ball automatically falls into the aerosol can.

It’s suitable for can diameter ranging from 35mm to 65mm, can height ranging from 80mm to 330mm, 1” international standard bag on valve aerosol valve.
