AWT-2500 Water-bath Leakage Tester

Description:
AWT-2500 Automatic Water-bath Leakage Tester is used for detecting various aerosol products, not limited by can body materials, The machine(CE-Proved ) adopts explosion proof motor and is equipped with automatic overload breaker to guarantee safety operation.

Working process:
The whole process including: electric heating, temperature-control, automatic clamping,checking, drying, conveying.

When cans entering, the clamp of water-bath tester will hold the can, then put can into hot water at temperature between 45 and 52 for about 3 or 5 minutes, to check whether it is leaking. Then can will go into wind blowing system, hot wind will dry the can body and convey it to conveyer.

The explosion proof electric tubes installed in the water tank can quickly heat the water to the requirement water temperature and automatically control the temperature. 
The chains used in the machine are made of stainless steel and the chucking appliance for hanging is fixed firmly, avoiding the danger of becoming loose and falling off.
The machine is also equipped with an automatic blowing .
The submersion clip design allows you to easily see a leaking valve cup while the can is totally submerged.
It is available for 1" valves.
