ASL-3A Semi-auto Aerosol Filler

AUC-1 Semi automatic under cap filling machine it is  vacuum sucking, filling and sealing machine for products which must be sealed immediately after filling from (non-core valve) covers in a vacuum state.

ASL-3B Semi automatic aerosol filling machine ,it is 3 in 1 machine  which consists of liquid product filling station, valve sealing station and propellant inflating station in one working table. It could be operated by 1 worker or 3 workers per customer’s requirements.

ASL-3C Semi automatic aerosol filling machine ,it is 3 in 1 machine  which consists of liquid product filling station, valve sealing station and propellant inflating station together in one working table, one worker is enough to run the machine.

ASL-3D Semi Automatic Aerosol Filling Machine only requires one worker to operate. It could complete the job of product filling, valve crimping and gassing by just one operation as the cans are pushed by a cylinder. Valve correction device is also available as an option.

AV-50 Automatic valve inserter it is supporting equipment of the automatic aerosol filling and sealing machine which is used for feeding and placing the valve to the can automatically.

AWT-3600 Automatic Water-bath Leakage Tester is used for detecting various aerosol products, not limited by can body materials, The machine adopts gas detector and explosion proof motor to work up to 7,200 cans an hour.

Automatic case packing machines is used for packing cans into case automatically, it is composed of Case Erector, Case Packer, Case Sealer.

Worm feeds aerosol cans to the weigh table at a constant speed and with a uniform spacing high speed weighing with a maximum accuracy of +/- 1 g
