ASL-3D Semi Automatic Aerosol Filling Machine only requires one worker to operate. It could complete the job of product filling, valve crimping and gassing by just one operation as the cans are pushed by a cylinder. Valve correction device is also available as an option.

Both mechanisms transfer aerosol containers from the transport conveyor onto a weighing platform. The aerosol containers are weighed and classified in accordance with adjustable parameters stored in the PLC / HMI system.

Our compact combined machine is ideal for keeping line length to a minimum. The machine is effectively a complete actuator placer and a separate cap placer mounted about a single transport starwheel. Each part of the machine has a single point height adjustment. Can be tooled to run the widest range of actuators and caps.
